U Gotta Be Kiddin Me

A couple weeks back my neighbor asked if I knew how she could chat with her mom over web cameras. I said sure I do, so I brought my laptop over and since she lives close enough that I was still wi-fi range. So she was able to chat with her family down in Mexico. I thought it was really cool for her to be able to speak with her mom and see her via the internet. She said its been a couple of years since she's seen her.

And frankly, I am a wee bit scared at the moment. We are watching The Task. Hoping its not too scary.

Not looking forward to this week at all, but hey at least it will be better when I get it back. SO I am trying to get as much work done as possible right now.

Back in July, it was my boyfriends birthday. So while we were shopping for his gift we found some funny t shirts but chose a neutral one as he's not a flashy person but more of a laid back type of person. So we picked out a "I rather be fishing!" shirt, and he absolutely loved it! I just wished I had more money to of bought him another one as I know he does enjoy those shirts.

This is going to be my first Labor Day that I did not attend the Milan Festival back home. Its breaking my heart like no other and it started to tear me apart today. I keep thinking to myself this is the weekend that both of my nieces are going to win. I feel like I have been their bad luck, so maybe that is what they need. I know its not true but what if it is? Anyways, I can't wait to see them in their dresses. Hopefully SOMEONE will take pictures and share them.

With all the stress I went through in the month of June and July, my weight loss came to a screeching halt. I was not happy about that as I worked hard to lose that weight. So now that I am no longer in that negative funk, I need to find me some good fat burners and get this started again. I want to be healthy and be able to do fun things with my son.

Wow what a weekend, the neighbor boy comes over to tell me that his dog Mimi is having her puppies. While I don't have hardly any experience, I did help her deliver her babies as she had one stuck and it was born dead. Poor thing, but she did end up having 4 add'l beautiful baby puppies. Three girls and a boy. Now this week is gonna be busy I have to write a couple of reports for class.

Its my never ending story every 9 weeks. These classes should be pretty easy, I guess we will see. Its an Accounting class and then a Ethics class. Both subjects are interesting, and I am anxious to learn.

I watch a lot of television shows on pets and some sicknesses and diseases that animals can be burdened with. One that is one of the worst is mange which is a skin condition that causes the animal to itch profusely and they lose their hair in patches. Its a very serious condition and it feels like thousands of bugs crawling all over your skin which makes it uncomfortable for the animal. It breaks my heart to see a animal to have to suffer with this condition and the owners should always pay attention to their pets.

Yes, I am a Jimmie Johnson fan but his car is giving him some issues during the race. I hope that the weather permits and they finish this race, and I hope that Jimmie finishes good. I am looking forward to Oct. 4th or 5th to the testing at Phoenix International Raceway, its gonna be awesome!
