Yes I do.

After the teen washes their face thoroughly with a good soap and water, and rinses off thoroughly, get a wash cloth and wet it with the hottest water the teen can handle being on their face.
Take the hot washcloth and place it on the entire face for about 30 seconds, do not leave on until it gets cool.

Then take a q-tip and dip it in just plain ol' tea tree oil, and dab it on all of the pimples they currently have. Leave on overnight while sleeping. It dries quick, won't stain pillows or anything. It does have a strong scent, but it dries up most zits overnight.

If the teen has no zits at all and you want to keep it that way, take the tea tree oil and put some on a cotton ball or a folded up piece of toilet paper, and gently rub it all over the entire face.
It keeps the face from creating any oily spots and zits overnight.
