Here's to hoping our future is going to get better from here. Its cold here, I have said in the past that I would love to live somewhere warm year round. We have been debating on moving to another state and with my Son's Father already moving to another state it didn't make my decision any harder. The only thing holding me back...is my family. Its going to be difficult. I can only hope that my Mom takes lots of pictures for me. I am having issues with the school district here. It seems they have a strict policy on bullying. But, my issue is. My Son gets bullied on a daily basis....NOTHING gets done. But when my Son finally stands up for himself...he gets in serious trouble. I am plain fed up and tired of it. My Son weighs approx. 73lbs., he's small. He's also 11 years old. This other boy whom he had a confrontation with weighs close to 150lbs....and they said my Son was picking on this kid and bullying him. WTF? I don't think so. This kid threatened to pick my Son up and throw him, which why MY Son reacted the way he did. I will stand behind my Son 100%. I don't care. What I might do for awhile is Home School my Son, only because I would feel safer being a new city, new state and get adjusted. I have to make sure I get all my records in order. I have so much to do. Seriously, so much to do. Any words of advice on how to handle such a HUGE move? We are talking moving 1,595 miles to the west to the desert. I think I have some idea, but seriously need more information on doing such a thing. I know I need: Medical Records School Records Prescription Medicines Go thru old stuff...THROW away..lol. Find housing Get bills in order, forwarding address. Find a bank in new location Find out laws in new location Find out how soon new id's are needed in new location Burn up the phone line making calls...Right?
