U Gotta Be Kiddin Me

Seriously. I am so tired of hearing these rumors about Jon Gosselin and his so called cheating ways. I read on a celeb website a couple of days ago and frankly it pissed me off. So I've been researching on the so called incident. And it seems that night that he was photographed, his wife was not too far from him. They were out together, and this picture was taken at the wrong time. We all take these pictures, with our eyes closed or mouths opened the wrong way. If this did happen, I do feel bad for them kids. I really do. As for Kate....I feel bad for her as well, as its NO excuse to be cheated on. But personally I don't think anything happened. I also think it was a set up or that picture was doctored. The internet is a dirty, dirty place to start rumors....and if ONE place gets or hears something...it always gets twisted.

Yesterday was my Son's Merit Badge University for his Scouting. It was held in Iowa City, IA. Granted I have never driven to Iowa City because its a crazy city with all the college students and such.  We met at the school here at 7am, left finally at 730ish and with all the crappy weather we made it up there about 830ish.  Found a decent parking spot and went to MacBride Hall.  Where there were so many Scouts, all I was seeing was BROWN.  This opportunity was a neat experience as the boys get to work on a Merit badge on which is normally something the boys do on their own.  But this was on that they got done in one day.  So my Son got his Citizenship in the World.  While he was attending this class, I decided to check out the campus area of the city, well some of them anyways.  I also got to check out the Old Capital Building which was just beautiful on the inside.  I did that in the afternoon.  We met for lunch at The Airliner for pizza, the boys ate and ate like crazy.  I was irritated because our boys weren't there yet, and there was to be two troops meeting for pizza well all the pizzas were there and our boys weren't.   The other troops boys were eating our foods and it made me mad.  Here I am paying for our share of the pizzas and their boys are eating our food.  I know they share and what not.  But when I was asked what kind of pizza I wanted, and ordered...and didn't get....I was mad.  Finally after our boys ate they had to leave again because they had to walk at least 3 blocks back to the classroom.  So the leaders sat there for awhile, I was bored of course.  It started getting cold up there, so I left.  We decided to check out the Old Capital, and found out they were having a opening exhibit of Woman Writers.  So they had cupcakes....you know I was excited about there. After our tour we went over to the little strip mall.  And if you have seen Paul Blart:Mall Cop....then this next part will crack you up.  Let's just say, I looked a little funny walking around this mall laughing.  Some people thought I was crazy, but couldn't help myself.  This "Mall Cop" was to the extreme.  I walked into the candy store, and over this "Mall Cop" complaining, I kid you not.  COMPLAINING about the Boy Scouts about how obnoxious and rude they were. And how he will never work again if something like the Merit Badge University is scheduled.   It really upset me because I know our boys are good, I can't say the same for other troops.  But this "Mall Cop" continued to whine and complain, so I turn around and looked at the "Mall Cop", and asked if he had a problem with the Boy Scouts why didn't he go to the Scoutmaster and let him know that they were being out of line.   He goes to me, well he was standing right there letting them be bad.  I asked him if he had kids, his remark was NO...they are all brats.  I said exactly how were they being out of line if you don't understand kids period.  He then proceeded to tell me, he doesn't like loitering in HIS mall.   I in return commented back, how is it your mall when these boys brought MONEY to the businesses here in the mall and actually helped some of the places in the mall earn extra income.  The candy shop guy goes, to the "Mall Cop" and said his business was up 100% with the boys there today and that he was thankful for it.  The "Mall Cop" left....and the lil' bastard followed me after I walked out.  I don't think he believed I was with the Scouts, so I walked over to where our leaders were and pointed him out.....so as he was walking by me....he pulled a Paul Blart....all husky looking and threatening these kids.....OTHER KIDS.  And threw them out.  I think after I seen that, I had enough of his attitude.  He kicked out 4 african american kids for sitting on the stairs.  They were not loud, they were just sitting there.   There were two male white boys that were playing on the escalators, jumping off them and causing all kinds of chaos, yet he didn't say a word to them.    To ME....I decided to leave at that moment.  I will not return to that mall.  So as we were walking out the door, I heard our ScoutMaster yell something and I look up...and all I see are half naked people running towards me.  Let me remind you, this is a college town.  I wasn't expecting to see, nearly naked people running towards me at that.  THEN THERE WAS ONE IN PARTICULAR.  He had on a mask, a cape and red bikini underwear on...and that's it.  A new Super Man.... Finally made it home, I got dinner done and made and by then my Boyfriend made it home....and all was good.   Then wake up today, with no satellite....so not ALL GOOD.

Earlier today we had to run to the store to buy a few groceries, so we figured it was already later than normal because of daylight savings time so decided on brunch. Since we had ground chuck in the freezer all we needed was taco shells and cheese for tacos. But in the process I burned the roof of my mouth. So here I am sitting with a mouth that hurts on one side and numb on the other.

I am so upset right now...we paid half our satellite bill last week. I was supposed to pay the other half by the 8th which is today....well. I went to pay and now they are saying we have to pay the rest of the bill and OBVIOUSLY...can't afford so here we sit. I am sooooo stressed at the moment. We have two bills that are due, one on Weds. and now. And NOTHING to pay it with. SO PISSED.
