I went to the doctor yesterday for my heartburn and tummy issues. I had gained 2lbs., boy that bothers me. I honestly need to look into the
best diet pill out there that is safe for me. And totally not mess with my head. I am joining the local gym, I figured I would wait for the not so busy time. Especially with all the people who make their New Years resolutions and usually forget about them come April. So yep...gonna join. And gonna lose and be HEALTHY for me.

He's been asleep since early this morning like right after I posted about his little incident. Granted he works third, great for me...bad for him. He has a low tolerance to any type of pain reliever..he took two tylenol and he's out. But I rather have him sleep thru the pain of his cut, the numbness wearing off and the throbbing of his finger. The doc said he was lucky he didn't cut into the nerves, which is probably why he didn't feel the blade go into his finger. Right before he fell asleep, he goes..uh oh...I can feel the pain in my lower finger...I am sure he will be fine. So far on that hand, he has cut every finger except his pinky...he's got scars on the other three already.....I told him...no more knives....lol.
Now I have something to tell my director with my Pampered Chef, and a simple warning of being really careful with their knives. Super sharp...plus the one I have, is sharpened every time I put it back in the honing case.

I don't know her, but heard her story and of course it was so precious and really makes you think about life. But this just brought tears to my eyes.

I took my Son to school, came back and no sooner I shut the door. My Boyfriend screamed out..."We need to go to the hospital!" I totally freaked out and asked what happened. He was finishing up the dishes and saw that I put a very, very sharp knife on the side because of it being so sharp I didn't want anyone to cut themselves on it.
Well he grabbed it normally, then while washing noticed he was bleeding. He said he never felt the cut or any pain. He goes, now that's a good knife. Well, it better be its from Pampered Chef. Well, sorry to say I had to soak it in bleach water right after ward. So here I look at it, and I am like oh...that's at least a 3 stitcher, it was that deep.
So we went to the ER, one look and he goes...yep you need stitches and here my Boyfriend is whining about the darn needle to numb it. He asked the doctor if they could use the glue, and he told him NO. Because its a finger, its more prone to infection and could bust open because for obvious reasons. So he got 3 stitches, and of course...I had to watch him stitch it up. That was cool.
It took a little over 45 minutes at the ER, and we were on our way. So now, were home...he just ate and I think he needs to go to bed. He is gonna be in pain here very soon., and I think sleep would help that. Poor guy.
