U Gotta Be Kiddin Me

I am currently in this funk of listening to the music that influenced me and why I love the music of today as well. So here is what I am wanting or would like to hear from you. If you happened to be in the 80s Hair music, what were your favorite bands, groups or singers? The other night, I was in such a weird mood that I was not only downloading Skid Row, yes I loved Sebastian Bach...then the next minute I was had downloaded some Boston songs. Then it changed over to Falco...yes the song Rock Me Amadeus just struck me...lol. THEN it changed over to Good Charlotte, just two songs from them. OK THEN...had a complete change of heart to Bonnie Tylers--Total Eclipse of the Heart. Then while sifting thru the bands, I had a flashback to one of the best Christmas's I had ever had. And that was when my Grandma had bought me my first ever Record Player the portable one. And She bought me Pat Benatars, Love is a Battlefield Album. At that time, she was my idol to dance in a bar all dressed up funny looking and get away with throwing a drink the dudes face. And their outfits are amazingly SO NOT MATCHING. Here's the video, just had to share what got me started in music....back in the day. It then changed over quickly to the hair bands. Why oh why? Cause man, they were so freakin' hot back then. By the way, I caught the tail end of Jay Leno, and Lady Gaga was on there and it looked like she was wearing panty hose over her underwear WITHOUT a skirt or pants or whatever she wears. Now that was just nasty.

I was busy this morning with a job thing, then stopped to check on the status of my van. Well I decided to call the Eye doc to find out what's up with my eyes. So I go in, they dialate them...which I hated cause it actually burned real bad. But he looked right in, and immediately saw the problem and knew. My Cornea looked as if someone applied sandpaper to it leaving a really bad scratch all over. But it seems I have Keratitis, which is a commong ailment when it comes to your eyes. So I have to treat it with a OTC eye drop and in two weeks if its not better....I will have to be prescribed an eyedrop. Lets hope in two weeks, that its all better. And that tear duct better start working..
