Its insane. They just showed that Jacksonville,FL was low of 45 and New Orleans was at 33 degrees. How amazing is that? And with the one two punch of snowstorms in our area. We in the Midwest get pounded so badly its not funny. And the New England area....WOW!!!! Right now we have another Winter Storm watch that will be here around 11:30pm. And its going to be continous til' Friday. Speaking of bad weather, I am worried about my Son so I am about to call him and see how he's doing. Ok he's fine. They went sledding today. From the bits and pieces cause the phone was cutting out. I told him to call me if he needs to talk. I know he won't. He's having too much fun.

Ok, I don't normaly look at the remotes. Especially the DVD remote, its not mine so I don't touch it. Well I moved it and bout threw up. There was dried food on the buttons. It was so gross, and I am going to let the BF know that he needs to wash his hands before touching the remote. I took the batteries out and cleaned it with a Q-tip and organic cleaner from clorox. Had too. It was just disgusting. I think I may do it with all the remotes in the house. I can't imagine the germs on remotes right now.

When I was upstairs moving stuff around, if you remember them moth ball things that smell which I can never remember the names of them something like Indian meal moth traps . I came across a stash of them upstairs. I kept wondering what the smell was. But what I can't figure out is why they were upstairs. Right next to the furnace which is upstairs in the attic. I've never heard of that. Well, the alarm just went off for the food. Lets go see what's done...

So beat me but wanted to share a precious, precious moment between a Father and Daughter. I can't help but enjoy this and the beauty of watching her look up at her Daddy. It so precious!!

While channel surfing, we love learning new recipes and of course when you watch food channels, one of the commercials consisted of Rancilio Silvia expresso makers I think. I can't remember the exact name but the designs they made with the foamy stuff like snowflakes, leaves, and flowers with the white foamy stuff. It was really, really cool. I wish I wasn't so afraid to try a expresso, I think its the jolt of caffeine is what I am afraid of.

I am making a recipe I saw on The Today Show but see I am not making the ham just the potato portion of it. Also got some bacon and I am going to change up the way I am making this by adding scrambled eggs instead of sunny side up. So wish me luck on this...lol

I need to wake my BF up, he fell asleep early so I need to wake him up. I am hungry. And I noticed our tv stand at the bottom is broken on my way to the kitchen. If I remember right it was broken when we purchased it. I saw this recipe on the Today Show and it looks so yummy right now. But I don't think we have potatoes. I know we have onions but I don't think we have potatoes or mushrooms. Gonna go check!

In a couple of days to avoid going outside and braving this ice cold weather. We are definitely moving out of here by spring. The landlord put screen windows in that do not come out so that means no air conditioning in the windows and this house gets so hot its not even funny. And we can't even open the one window so there is no air going thru this place. So we are going to start looking in March to move.

During the night they are absolutely crazy. I hear them running everywhere making all kinds of noises. Its a pain in the butt! This one time they knocked off my table lamp. I was lucky they didn't break it. Right now, Mr.Little man is sitting on my lap watching me type. He is the cutest thing ever. I wish I could share a picture of him with you but they don't turn out well. Well not having my Son I was able to sleep in today but the thing is I am so worried about him because I don't think there is supervision where he's at. So I may call him in a little bit to check on him.

I got on Myspace this morning to see a friend status from Shanna, Travis Barkers Ex Wife/Friend/Baby Mama.  Yes I find her simply amazing beautiful.  Well her friend status actually made my BF tear up so I quoting it because its so very true and it just may get you into the holiday spirit. "One of the most glorious messes in the world is the mess created in the living room on Christmas day. Don't clean it up too quickly!" We all are guilty of wanting to hurry up and clean the mess up, when we should actually enjoy the mess and even better yet. The looks on their faces of pure excitement!!! Enjoy.
