U Gotta Be Kiddin Me

I am in bitch mode now, I can understand my boyfriend wanting to park in the driveway because of the snow...etc. Well I have been wanting to watch the Victorias Fashion Show tonight because Heidi Klum is one of my fave models because she is just free spirit and is so loving. The first year I watched it was right after her last Son was born like a month prior. Well anyway, it started at 9pm and he has to leave for work and of course my Van is in front of his and both are full of snow. Grrr. I had to go outside and freeze my butt off...lol.

And right now I feel so bad. I wish I could box up a ton of snow and ship it south to someone who would enjoy the white fluffy stuff right now. If I could do that, I would do it in a heartbeat. On a funnier note. Last Saturday Night on our way to my Nephews Birthday Party we had to stop at the atm to get some money. Well it my Mom, My Son and my Boyfriends Daughter that was with us and my Mom made a comment on this pretty Christmas wreath that was hanging off the side of the big bank in Davenport. I am talking its a big wreath. She had mentioned she wanted it on her door. Well a not so funny thing happened today. It caught fire...OOPS. It was too ironic and I had to call my Mom up, and we just laughed about it but then its not really funny because it could of been more of a dangerous situation but thank goodness it wasn't. Back to the snow, we got somewhere between 4-5 inches. Driving was hectic today but managed to survive without getting hit. See, with this crap...yes I say crap. I drive like a old person. I don't ever go over 20 mph. Because the way I see it...I am not about to hit anyone. Let them hit me.

And the snow had just began to fall here in Moline....I went and bought some salt last night to prepare for this one. It was so hard to find it.

The Truck eating bridge attacked yet again. Right now as we speak the radio station which is located not too far from the bridge itself sent out one of its guys to take pictures. Evidentally this time, he hit the bridge and the whole top came off. Oops!!!! And apparently didn't realize it. So now I can't wait to see these pics. I will link to them once again...lol. Like I said before this bridge is dangerous and with all the caution signs, warning signs and other whatnots. Some of us can't seem realize is why they keep hitting the bridge. Do the drivers not have adequate knowledge of how tall their trucks are? Are their employers not doing their jobs of schooling them on detours because of that low bridge? Who's really at fault here? And most importantly, how embarassing of hitting a bridge and all the people who gawk and stare at you for not realizing what you just did.
