Since the Election is now over, has anyone rec'd a Anonymous Text on your cell phone about either President Hopefuls? I rec'd one, here is what it said , "We shall not attend school November 5 if McCain is Elected. Pass this on if you support Obama!" Then I got another one, "If Obama is elected wear white to school!" Can you imagine how upset I was over that? Considering, and trying to understand both sides...it just plain outright upset me.

some Linky love here. I have been a long time reader, not always a commenter on Kat's blog. She is this awesome Single Mom living down in Florida. She is the type of person to speak her mind, stand up for herself and has her own beliefs. Well she linked on her blog about some friends of hers on her blog. Well of course I clicked on Leanne's Blog, but hesitated about her husbands because I am weird like that...lol....I commented on one of her posts about a Lovely day. She also lives in a warmer state than good old Illinois here and she posted about the weather she was enjoying. So we got to chattin' thru a few emails and found out she used to live in Illinois as well. What a small world. Well just wanted to say, she seems like an awesome person with three beautiful kids. So go show her some linky love.

I was in awe, and enjoying every stinkin' lap by the way. I loved it. Very exciting and they made a comment about staying in some las vegas hotel and it totally confused me because they were in Phoenix today. If I remember correctly thats in another state....lol. Right now I am watching Storm Chasers...lol. I love this show, I love the thrill of danger and its a good one tonight.

Oh my goodness, its been a rough race today/tonight. I have pulled out a handful of hair in the past 15 minutes. Jimmie Johnson won today in Phoenix, and now onto Homestead....I am extremely excited because he is my Driver and I just can't say enough...oh he has to finish 36th or better to win the Championship. Congratulations Jimmie!!! No matter what, your AWESOME!!!

That's all I have to say...

I've been on pins and needles all day. Today is the second to the last race of the Nascar Season....I am a Jimmie Johnson Fan and I am not afraid to say so. The Man has been my favorite now going on 4 years. I have watched 98% of the races in the past four years. I have watched him win the last two consecutive years.  Alot of people do not like him, I have to admit...I do.  He is one very handsome Driver.  I first saw him in the Imax theaters in the Nascar 3D.  It was the best thing that's ever happened to me.  That day after I went and saw that with my Son and his Father, Jimmie went on to win the race that day.  So I knew in my heart he was my driver.  Ok so the race is on right now, its in Phoenix.  Ok in the desert right?  Well I had to run out to pick my Son up from his Dads which he was closer to town so it didn't take me as long.  Surprisingly, there was a "freak Rain storm" at the Speedway.  And they red flagged the race, I returned home and it was still red-flagged.   Oh my goodness, can you guess how happy I was that I didn't miss any of the race?  I had chills go down my spine just thinking about it.  What I would give to be able to make it to a Single Nascar race and see him race.  Oh my goodnesssssss.  I don't think I could express the giddyness I would have.  I would be walking on Cloud Nine forever I think.  I've only met a handful of famous people, and forever hold them in my heart.  My most favorite person I met was Bo Brady(Peter Reckell) off of Days of Our Lives,  the band Blessed Union of Souls, Eileen Davidson  (Ashley Abbott) and Doug Davidson (Paul Williams) off of Young and the Restless, Vanna White from a distance...lol.  I tend to shy away from people, and really don't want to get in their faces.  So when Peter Reckell walked up to me, shook my hand and shook my Son's hand...of course it melted my heart...lol.  I still have his picture he signed and the pics I took.  I need to find them again. Here I go again, blabbing away.  Its a caution right now anyway, stupid debris.  I am hoping my next post will be with Jimmie Johnson taking this race and winning, and making his point lead even bigger....for next week that he can smooth sail into Homestead with another Championship.

For once today, I had to ask myself what day it was. I was that busy. We had went to Wally world, Cartridge World to refill two of my ink cartridges because of my PhotoSmart Printer deciding to poop on me. So I refilled my old HP printer, (see...I never throw things away) Only cost me $10.99 and $11.99 to refill black and color. Then we went and ate, got gas for $1.99 a gallon, stopped at Home Depot for caulk for our windows....went somewhere else then home. Oh I had to run to my friends house for a short amount of time to take some pictures. Now I am home, and we just got done with the window in my Son's room which is sooo cold back there. I caulked the entire window, sealed it. Then put plastic up. I also put a sealant in the outlet behind his dresser which sits in the closet. Caulked that baby up too. We have to buy a another box of window and door plastic for the back door. There is such a gap in the door in back, its horrendously cold back there and I hate doing laundry in the winter time. I can't wait move. I just would like to have a bigger house. This place is seriously small. I sure wish we lived a warmer climate but I know I would miss the snow too. But not the coldness, it gets bitter cold here.

Life will get better. Its been so hectic with the time change, I lose so much time now. I am fighting this stupid printer I have, its refusing to work with any of my computers now. AND it cost me close to $200 a while back. And now its not working. Its telling me it malfunctioned. I am in serious need of a printer now. So who knows what to do now. I even went out and bought a new printer cord thinking that was the problem. But nope. So now I have a new cord, with NO printer. I have heartburn yet again, so I am going to take my OTC meds and head to bed. Just a tad bit tired tonight.

I really hate Wednesdays with a passion. Only because this year they changed the school hours. So now the kids get out at 1:30pm instead of 2:55pm. But now this year they start at 7:55am and ends at 2:40pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and early release on Wednesday. One would think oh thats cool but its not, well not for me. My day is just shot. Now come tomorrow its only a half day, with a conference at 2:15. Then no school on Friday. And what is even funnier they just had Fall break all last week....it really makes no sense at all to me.

I am truly in tears. I just listened and watched the speech from our new President. I am not in tears over the speech but as they were showing the crowd, Oprah was there and she had years then it was Rev. Jesse Jackson, who also was in tears. And its a happy but sad day because for one, Obama's Blessed Grandma who passed away on Sunday was not here to celebrate this day with her GrandSon. And now that he can celebrate this victory, he now has to lay his Grandmother to rest. I simply cannot imagine the feelings in his heart right now. I know she is looking down on him and just smiling, its making me tear up right now just thinking about it. I mentioned it to my Son, and his comment back... "She would be happy!". I love my Son so much.
