Note to self…
Don't go into a store with your Mom after a big fight between your Sisters at the previous location. Then get into an argument over something that is in the wrong location and priced wrong with the store manager who gives your Mother the dirtiest look ever. Which is what happened last night, I have done reported it to their corporate office. I have been in retail for a very long time and I know customer service and know what is right and what is wrong. This woman was clearly in the wrong and didn't know how to handle the situation. I do not want this woman to lose her job whatsoever, she just needs a little education on customer service and yelling at customers...period. This item I had intended on purchasing was regular priced at $9.99 a yard. OK? Well when she rang it up it did not come up to what the tag had said. Which was 60% off all Christmas items. Ok so that would of came up to about $3.99 a yard right? Well it didn't come to that price and I questioned it to the lady, she goes. Oh it doesn't apply to Licensed Items like it says on the tag. Well it didn't say on the tag. AT ALL. In fact I pointed that out to her. So me being trying to be nice, said to her. Then these two rolls of fleece should not be placed in the section with the sign right on it. She never moved them after the fact. She continued to argue with my Mother...big mistake for this woman. All I was trying to tell this woman was that it should not of been placed there with the sign if its not on sale. Its false advertising. She continued to get louder and my Mother asked for her to not yell in her ear, and this woman gave my Mom the look of death. That is what totally pissed me off. And the reason why I contacted corporate and I will continue to follow up, this woman needs to apologize to my Mother for being so rude and totally embarassing me and making me look like a fool. I refuse to shop at that store EVER again. And made it a point for their corporate to know so. Sad thing is it was around 7pm and it mad chaos in that store. Granted she might of had a bad day or whatever, working in retail you do not treat customers like that whatsoever. PERIOD.
