While making breakfast this morning, I was wiping out the pan and wasn't pay attention to the paper towel and it flopped back and landed on my wrist.  Hot butter and bare flesh equals nice little blister.  I was just sitting here, actually forgot about it and my arm started to itch.  Soooo as I went to scratch, it immediately started burning again. Maybe if my mind wasn't so jumbled lately with my house being in shambles and stressing about every little thing.  I would not of burned myself.  Tomorrow I am making some cookies and some mini pumpkin gems.  I will have my Niece and Nephew tomorrow cause its a half day and I am hoping to get some pictures taken.  I am going to get things prepared before the kids get here so its not so messy.  I am going to go back to watching the end of Dancing with the Stars.  I sure hope either Brooke Burns or Lance Bass wins, they both have been excellent dancers.

Wanna hear something funny?

Last week while running around paying the bills. There was an announcement on the radio about to avoid a road due to the Truck Eating Bridge just attacked another truck. I think it was one of those moving trucksbut I seen a picture on the radio stations website that it just peeled back like a can of sardines is what they called it. I linked it above because this bridge kills a few trucks a a month. And the most saddest part is, that there are signs for 5 miles prior to the bridge. FIVE WHOLE MILES of warnings, all the way from the interstate. I can't say that the drivers are dumb or what not because I do not know what's going on in their minds at the time besides...."Am I going to hit the bridge?". One of the DJ's just so happen to be in the area when it happened and he is actually in one of the pictures in that link and he really thought the driver was gonna do something to him. He was live on the phone and we all heard the driver getting upset. In the end, it was an accident...next time pay attention to the height of any bridge.

Kinda of irritated right now.

You know it always seems to get worse this time of year. I signed up last month to receive a Thanksgiving basket because I knew we wouldn't have any money for extra food this month. I sat home and waited all day. Come to find out they gave it to the wrong house. Granted I should be thankful it went to someone else who I thought needed it. But instead this person has now gotten two baskets. And I know he doesn't need all that food because its just him and his one child. I shouldn't be so selfish right now, still it irritates me because there are five of us here and its very limited as it is. Especially when you take time out of your day to sign up for help, and me being so embarassed to even ask for help. It was like a slap in the face. We do not have anything for Thanksgiving, as we are going to my Boyfriends parents house but I do not like going empty handed. I know this sounds like a pity post. I don't want it to sound like that at all. But why is it the people who don't need the help always get it and the people who ask for help just get overlooked?
