I called a little over a month ago to have something removed from one of my bills. They lady told me, it would be removed and I would receive a updated bill. I said great. Well I just rec’ my bill, and guess what? I wasn’t adjusted and I would be shut off by Friday without payment. I was sooo upset. The gentleman named…Jonathan..ha ha funny. Told me, there was no such phone call and started arguing with me. I finally had enough asked to speak with a supervisor now. And of course they say that no one is available. So I asked to tranferred to someone else, someone who isn’t going to argue with me. So when I got to this other person, Melissa she was very nice and sweet. She asks me if I had requested this service change on 8/28..I told her yes. She made sure I got the confirmation numbers, my account will be adjusted and the bill amount fixed. I am just aggravated that this other gentleman argued with me. I straight up asked him, if he would like if he needed a service change on his account then a month later that it was never done and to have someone argue with you that the call was never made but there is a note in there about issues with a service, ON THE DATE I called to have a service removed. He was silent. There are some men, who think that they are right 100% of the time and that its ok to argue with a woman. Well, sorry to say. This little girl, don’t bow down to any man. I left that relationship and now have a belief that the relationship should be 50/50….
