Completely Exhausted.

I had rec'd a phone call a little over a week ago, and its something that has kept me up for the past week. Having nightmares that wake me up. Constantly looking over my shoulder to see if anyone is there. Its been such a nightmare within itself. I ended up going to a lawyer today because something is telling me to get the legal advice needed. Which I got. And I feel safer knowing I am right. And that the person who called and harassed me over a bill from over 10 years ago, and they threatened to take all my assets, bank accounts, my vehicle and that they were going to contact every relative of mine to get the debt paid in full. But see this is the kicker, I filed for bankruptcy over 10 years ago. It was on there. By law they have no right to come back on me, after a bill/debt has been discharged. Its not been on my credit reports either. Nothing. No contacting me, NOTHING. Then out of a blue, this happens. This woman had me in tears. I hope she reads this because if she does. Guess what? You broke the law. You violated my rights as a consumer, and I have every right to take you to court for harassment and emotional abuse. Oh yea. I sure can. And by the way, the company you called from. Ha Ha, is a joke. You lied out right to me, stating your a lawyer. Your so funny. Your company is just a collection service place that is being sued left and right for harassment on consumers. Sound familiar? Um, Yah. Add my name to that list. What I would give to be in that courtroom against the person who called me. The next time she calls, I am going to ask her for her home phone so I can call her at home. We all know she will say no. Then I will proceed to see how she would like to be bothered over a bill that's been discharged over 10 years ago. So can you tell. I am just a tad bit irritated with that place and I need to find out what I can do to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I don’t understand.

So much devastation going on this year, its not even funny anymore. Today now with the stock market plunging. All because of some companies going bankrupt. It sends everyone into a state of denial and has rates going low. Its sad enough that our gas prices are rising due to the Hurricane Ike. And now all those familes that have nothing left. I have to say too, when they called for everyone to leave. They weren't kidding. Look at how many people were crying for help? I am not talking crap, but when they were told to leave it was life or death. They weren't kidding. I have been reading online that celebrities are mad as hell because they are using our tax dollars to save these people when they were told to leave. I kind of have to agree but then again. I am not in that situation. I would of left no matter what. Wind, Water, and Rain...don't mix. Have you seen all those pictures of neighborhoods completely wiped away with a few trees standing? No clues that a house ever existed. What about all the coffins that have been floating around? Makes you wonder?
