Need to look into some progesterone creams to help relieve some of my PMS issues that I've been having lately. Last month was absolutely terrible. The one day was so uncomfortable, the tummy hurt so bad. I was bent over most of the day. I laid down to try and help relieve the pain. But it never helped. I missed a day of work, because of the pain. And other problems too. I need to make a doctor appt. to see about getting some relief when it comes time for the monthly to start.
Well I am going to finish watching my TV show..Deal or No Deal. This hairdresser is about shave this dudes back....omg its so gross. For a $100 bucks which she did...lol. That was absolutely gross.
LOL. What we get stuck watching nowadays. Next is that Celebrity Circus...lol.
