I am sitting here, thinking about the past two days events. Here’s a recap. On Monday, at work it was such a beautiful day. Me and another co-worker decided to roll up our sleeves….LITERALLY. We used zip ties to keep them up. Well…umm. I “had” a farmers tan on both my arms from working already. Nicely tanned already too. Well…where my sleeves usually are was white, white, white with freckles. Now they are no longer white. They are a bright cherry red. Kinda irritated at the moment. Why? Because its on my upper arm and if I raise it above my head…it really hurts.
Then today, well this morning. We had some threatening storms come thru. Heavy rains, no hail though. Then all of a sudden it was like someone turned a huge fan on, the wind was outrageous. We lost some hanging baskets, some plants and other stuff that obviously wasn’t tied down. All of our trees were knocked down. Our greenhouse filled up with water like animal crazy.
So its been a crazy couple of days. I really would like a couple of days off but that won’t happen any time soon. I have to work as much as possible for my Son’s Birthday Party in two weeks. Well off to watch my soap in bed, thank goodness for Soap channel on DirecTv…
