A good friend of mine called me while I was at the new um…discount store asking if I had one of those usb flash drives to save some project too. I told her yep, and that I will get it up to her as soon as possible. I came home, located it and realized I had a bunch of pictures on it, so I took them off and ran up to the library. I stayed up there to see if there were some books on digital photography. I found a couple that were of interest to me. I am wanting to learn more about my camera and how to work it to its full advantage. I am learning more about the ISO and the different speeds in what lighting conditions. And how to use my digital camera for at night like taking the picture of the moon. I couldn’t do it with that last eclipse we had. The pictures I took looked terrible.

Did I mention its been super nice these last couple of days, and now that its the weekend. Its cold. Totally bites. The garden show is going on but I am not about to pay to get in there. I am getting anxious about this summer. I am also still trying to figure out the money situation as well. I have a game plan but will have to see how it works.

The other day.

I was in a discussion with my boyfriend about hooking up his video game system to the internet.  He was asking me about the different wires and such, so I told him what I had to do for a assignment for my networking class in college.  How we had to build our own CAT5e and I am not kidding you. There were some wires we had to do the color coding, slip them into the plug itself. If it wasn’t correct, it wouldn’t work. Then we would get tested, if it failed. Then we got a big fat F for the class. I totally understand the concept of that because if the business field. Basically the way the teacher explained, if you had a business and the wires were faulty, would you pay for that service? I think its a great teaching concept. If all the teachers had that frame of mind while teaching then the students would either fail or pass.

But on the other hand, my Son has learning issues like I had in school and having that frame of mind would push me to just wanting to give up.
