Losing my train of thought.

I've been in my bedroom pretty much most of the day.  It seems to be a safe place right now.  Got my warm bed, my tea, my phone and my laptop.  I am good to go.  I am sitting here thinking of getting another domain.  Why?  Because I was forewarned it was addicting.  I will admit they were right....ahem...Jill...Gina...thats definitely ok.  Those two ladies are absolutely wonderful if you need any help or advice.  I don't know how to thank them enough. Well...I am bored.  I never get this bored when everyone is gone.  I enjoy my time alone.  With the boys home today, yes both are home..my Son and my Boyfriend.  Grrrr.  I hate snow.

Still learning all this wordpress stuff.  So far its been really interesting and I keep asking myself why did I wait so long to buy my own domain and just have fun already.  Still watching the weather though.  Its pretty crappy outside right now.  Nothing but white.  I sure hope that alot of people stay home today, granted its costing them money.  Just remember your life is more important.

I feel so awful

Those tornadoes that hit down in Tennessee.  This lady was just on NBC, and she was upset.  She lost her house, her horses and her dog.  She doesn't know where they are at.  I hope they are either ok, and just lost or not suffering.  I hate this wicked weather right now.  Its not funny Mother Nature!!!!!!!!!

Another snow day.

I know we haven't had as many snow days as others.  Our schools here NEVER cancel.  Well last night according the news, they said it will be the easiest decision on closing schools today.  They kept moving/slowing down the snowfall totals.  When you slow it down, it brings more snow.  They first said it would begin at midnight, then it got moved to 3am.  At about 4:29am....yes I woke up to ting, ting, ting on my windows.  I woke up to a beautiful white blanket but still able to see the roads.  So I went back to sleep and got woke up from the neighbor.  He couldn't not get out of the driveway.   So my first reaction was to look outside.  Then turn the TV on and check for cancellations.  If I don't have to wake up my Son...thats perfect.  Well for the first time ever, our schools were closed before 6am.....its about time.  Its so bad right now that the buses aren't running.  They just said on the news, that if anyone takes the bus then they have to find a alternate ride.  That's messed up.  What about the people who depend on their jobs, that have to show up?  Here is our most recent radar map.   NOT GOOD.  I added it to my Flickr, it has notes on it.
